Baby Setup wants you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the package you purchased you must contact us by email or phone within 2 days of receiving your purchase to bring it to our attention and to let us know of the problem.
BABY SETUP SERVICE STATEMENT
Baby Setup promises to provide prompt, efficient, reliable and friendly service. We promise to provide the best products possible that fit the Baby Setup criteria: Brands you can trust and we have used and can recommend, making the nursery run smoothly.
We are constantly looking for new products that will enhance your life as a parent that’s why we are confidently assured when you buy from Baby Setup you will be pleased with your purchase, or your money will be cheerfully refunded, guaranteed*.
We will dispatch your package within 24 hours of your payment being cleared and in our bank account, if you do have an order with some urgency, please call us or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will accommodate you as best as we can. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any problems or delays in delivery. We will answer/return all e-mails/telephone calls as soon as possible on the same day or the next working day. We encourage your feedback and will respond promptly.

IMPORTANT: YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes can not be made once your order is shipped. If you are sending your package to some where other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Order Confirmation email.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.
All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Baby Setup. Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Baby Setup product availability is updated daily however sometimes items do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.
Baby Setup may make product substitutions, for example, this may occur if a product is not available. The product substitution will always be to the same high level of quality as the original product it’s replacing.
If the customer is paying on a payment plan all monthly payments are rounded off to the nearest 5 cents. All prices are inclusive of GST, tax and/or duty where applicable. Should there be any alteration in rates of GST, tax or duty, or any unforeseen price increases, Baby Setup reserves the right to substitute or adjust package contents accordingly to cover increase.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. Baby Setup reserves the right to change prices without notice.
COST OF SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your Baby Setup package will be dispatched within 24 hours of your final payment being cleared.
If something in your order is currently unavailable, we will advise you of the delivery schedule as soon as possible or replace the same item with another recommended brand.
While every effort is made to deliver on the date advised, Baby Setup cannot accept any liability for delay due to the customer’s failure to complete customer obligations or any other reason beyond the control of Baby Setup (and/or its staff). Baby Setup cannot accept any liability resulting from a contracted party’s failure to deliver on the date advised. Should your delivery address change, please inform Baby Setup immediately. If a delivery address is changed after the final payment is received, Baby Setup reserves the right to charge an administration fee.
In some cases the correct shipping costs may not show at the checkout. Baby Setup will contact you to advise if there is any change to your shipping costs. In this case you will be asked to accept the charge before we ship your order. You may also cancel your order if you wish not to accept the shipping charge.
There are two methods of payment:
• Payment in full at time of order.
• Payment Plan (Four monthly payments).
There will be four (4) monthly payments of $100 plus the courier charge and a one off payment of $10 covering an administration charge.
If the customer decides to cancel they will be charged $25 to cover administration/banking fees and will be reimbursed the remaining amount.

Babysetup does not at any stage have access to your personal or credit card details nor are any details retained or stored on this site. All data transmitted on eWAY secure pages are encrypted using 128 bit SSL technology. This is the industry standard encryption level and is the highest currently available. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Corporate American Express credit cards only.
- Payments may also be made to Baby Setup by direct deposit to our bank account. Please ensure that you include your Invoice Number to allow your payment to be credited against the correct account.
Cheque or Money Order
- Please ensure that you include your Invoice Number to allow your payment to be credited against the correct account. To allow time for your payment to be received and cleared, your order will be placed on hold until the payment has been finalised. Orders not paid in full after 14 days will be discarded.
- We do not encourage Paypal payments, due to their high fees. If none of the above alternative methods are suitable for you, please select "Direct Deposit" on the payments screen & place a note in the comments box provided that you are paying by Paypal.

For those regional areas that are not listed at the checkout please e-mail us (email@example.com) with your order and we will confirm payment and the shipping cost. In some remote rural areas we may ask you to collect your order from a local pickup point and some very remote areas may not be within our courier delivery range, however you may know of a delivery service and we are happy to organise delivery through your recommendation. Deliveries to the North Queensland islands and to some remote communities/ suburbs may incur an on-forwarding freight charge. We reserve the right to request further identification if required and to cancel orders when further identification is requested, but not received or found to be unsatisfactory.

PRODUCTS DEEMED FAULTY
Baby Setup prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out.
If however you believe you have a product that is faulty, please call or email us as soon as possible with your purchase details. Often problems can be resolved immediately. In some cases you may be directed to the manufacturer’s service department.
Refunds for Original Shipping Costs on Faulty Items - Original shipping costs will be refunded on products deemed faulty, but only if purchased within two days of being reported faulty.
Note that Baby Setup makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Normal warranty periods apply and vary depending on the individual product.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Baby Setup understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided:
1. All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

Reason for Return, digital photo of product and Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.

products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are
used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the
customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Baby Setup cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.
If you have requested a refund, a credit or exchange will be issued via the same method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods, provided the information is clearly marked on the package.
We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).
*Please note that individual items can only be returned if the goods are faulty and an item has failed because of an obvious manufacturing fault, then we will need to see the product and proof of purchase to decide what action to take. Refunds will only be provided with a copy of the original receipt, and when the item has been return in its original condition.
MISSING ITEM, DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL
Baby Setup takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note the following:
We consider any damage or loss of goods on a case-by-case basis however most packages are covered by Baby Setup or Fastway Couriers, provided you have not asked for a package to be left at a premises without obtaining a signature by our driver or if you have organised your own collection.
If a customer isn’t at the delivery premises for collection and it needs to be re-delivered an extra courier charge will be incurred.
We use Fastway Couriers, taking advantage of their great value local/interstate rates which have a maximum weight allowance of 25kg making them perfect for delivering the Baby Setup Box. Courier parcels rates include free insurance & is the preferred method for dispatch. All orders shipped with Fastway Couriers require a signature at the receiving end, unless you have given us previous "authority to leave". Please give us clear instructions in the "additional information" box at checkout, on where the goods can be safely left. Baby Setup, together with Fastway Couriers will accept no responsibility once the goods are delivered &/or signed for, for any loss or damage that may/or has occurred. We recommend you do not give an "authority to leave" & fully inspect the goods before signing. Fastway Couriers does not leave parcels at PO Box Numbers.
If contact is not made the package is returned to us. Baby Setup will send you an email once the order has been dispatched so please take note of the estimated delivery times stated in that email, so you know to keep an eye out for the calling card, if you were not home to take delivery. If the estimated delivery time has passed by a day or two and no sign of the package, please contact Fastway Couriers and quote your tracking number.
If a package is returned to us by Fastway Couriers through incorrect or insufficient delivery information being given to us by the customer (so we may label or pass the information on to the delivery company) or if delivery has been attempted and the customer has not responded to the card, then the cost to resend the package is at the customers expense and the package will not be resent until the extra postage charges have been paid. If a package is returned to us and the customer does not wish for us to resend the package then a refund will be given for the products ordered only, postage and handling charges (handling charge of $25 & plus possible $10 Admin cost if on payment plan) will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: IF NO "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE" IS GIVEN, THE ITEM/s WILL NOT BE LEFT AT DELIVERY ADDRESS. A NOTICE WILL BE LEFT INFORMING YOU OF THE COURIERS PHONE NUMBER, IT IS THEN THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL THE COURIER, WHO WILL THEN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A CONVENIENT DELIVERY TIME.
Please ensure you open your parcel, check all items are included and are undamaged and in good order on receipt. Claims for missing or damaged items can not be accepted after 2 days of receipt. After 2 days we are restricted to the manufacturers warranty replacement or repair conditions Goods damaged in transit that are sent by courier must be reported to Baby Setup within two days of receiving the goods. This can be done by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The damaged item(s) must be returned to Baby Setup for assessment along with your receipt. The goods must be packaged well and are returned to Baby Setup at the customers expense. This does not apply if the packaging alone is damaged. Once item(s) have been assessed as damaged then the item(s) will be replaced immediately. Where a replacement is out of stock the customer will be contacted by phone.
Fastway Couriers do not deliver on weekends and as such our deliveries are based upon WORKING DAYS. During busy periods such as Christmas it may take a day or two longer than estimated so please allow for this when ordering.
Please be aware that a 5% fee will be imposed on cancelled orders. This fee covers the fees charged by our bank for processing your payment. So please check the delivery time frames carefully and if still unsure send an email to email@example.com.
If your gift is being delivered to a Business address please include the name of the business as it makes it easier for our delivery drivers to locate.
Please also provide a contact number for the recipient (where known) this way if delivery address is incorrect or nobody home the driver can call and arrange alternate delivery where possible.
REFUSAL TO SUPPLY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS
Baby Setup reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Baby Setup believes violates any of the afore mentioned terms and conditions.
