- Can I Collect?
Yes you can organise collection, you will need to email our Customer Service Manager on customerservice@babysetup.com.au and she will call you about the arrangements.
- Why Is It Around The Same Price To Have It Delivered To My Door?
We have done the research, have made the phone calls, negotiated and we are buying in bulk. It was our mission to keep the price to around the same cost you would pay if you had have done the running around yourself. We want Baby Setup to make sense to everyone, no matter what your budget.
- Now I Have The List Why Don’t I Just Buy It Myself?
You absolutely can go out and do the running around, however it just doesn’t make sense when you can have it all delivered to your door for around the same price.
- Can I Buy A Gift Voucher?
Absolutely you can buy a gift voucher, it can be for the full amount or an amount you can afford. Your friend/s can use the voucher towards their purchase.
- I Started Paying By The Payment Plan Though Have Decided I Want To Pay It Off Now, Can I Do This?
Absolutely, just email our Customer Service Manager on customerservice@babysetup.com.au and she will organise your payment plan to be accelerated and we will organise delivery.
- Once I Have Paid, When Will It Arrive?
We are committed to dispatch within 48hours of the final payment being cleared. Baby Setup will send you a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
- Do You Deliver to the Country/Rural areas?
Yes we do, please email our Customer Service Manager on customerservice@babysetup.com.au and she will call you to discuss the best delivery option for your area.
- Can I buy It For A Friend And Have It Delivered To Her House?
Absolutely, and we will organise a gift card with a personalised message.
- My Friend Has Had Her Baby Early (Prem baby) Can The Box Be Delivered ASAP?
Yes just contact us on customerservice@babysetup.com.au and our Customer Service Manager will call you asap to organise fast delivery.
